CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Note that cancellation does not cancel the account. Accounts do not require an active subscription, so while the subscription will deactivate at the end of the current period, you will be able to reactivate/upgrade a subscription or redeem a Gift Certificate.

WILL THE APP ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE?

Your Job Journals Workspace lives in the cloud and will be generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there will be short periods of downtime of scheduled maintenance and upgrades. We will make every effort to schedule these ‘ripples’ during times when they are unlikely to disturb anyone. And while you may never be aware of the changes we make, this is the Internet, and unplanned disturbances do happen. They tend to be rare and you will always get our best effort to avoid disruptions.

A Job Journals Workspace is designed for you to just jump in and be productive instantly, but a video demonstration lets you see and hear the information in a format that makes it easy to pause and rewind until things make sense.
